So,we created Milk and Honey tarts. A warm pie shell with a layer Honey bourbon jelly, followed by Rape flower honey and Ricotta cream and then topped with a bit of Raw honey comb.
We then served Honey Bee Mimosas. Sparkling wine blended with honey and citrus juices.
