During September's "Kitchen Kabinet" (Dining Committee) meeting we
focused on the upcoming menu for the fall and winter season. We shared
some of the new and exciting items that will be featured, and as a
special treat , Chef Amy prepared Banana Fosters
for the residents and family members.
Everyone enjoyed the dessert and
several family members asked for the recipe.
