We served a variety of Hispanic inspired items such as, Tre Leche Cake, Shrimp Boats, Hand Rolled Tamales, Homemade Pico DeGallo, Guacamole and Tortilla Chips and more.
The following week, we had our Hispanic Heritage Meal that included, Chicken Enchilada's, Beef Quesadilla's, Drunken Beans, Cilantro Lime Rice with a Mexican Hot Chocolate Cupcake with Chocolate Gnoch. What a delicious month!
