Our first winner is Villa St Benedict! See the video below of their associate celebration this past Tuesday. It's great to see what an awesome team looks like on and off the job.
The culinary team at Villa St. Benedict threw a "kick off to a new year" party celebrating our team and all that they do for the residents. We invited the team out to a local gym near the account after-hours and played kickball, dodge ball, charades, as well as the piñata where prizes and awards were given out. Culinary servers, Mason and Todd, were chosen to break the cheeseburger piñata for their excellent hospitality skills and accountability. Celebration Tuesday was introduced and the servers are very excited to be a part of it!
