On Thursday the 26th we collaborated with marketing and held our annual Chinese New Year dinner. Sous chef Walter Iniguez took the lead on the meal and our guests really enjoyed the food and festivities.

The pork ribs with honey and black pepper sauce are definitely going back on the menu.
