Our client here at The Fountains at Franklin runs 'Watermark
University' where staff members and residents can teach a class each
semester. This time around, Dining Services is holding a 'Super Foods'
class. It is very popular as the residents know they
can expect some delicious treat each session. We utilize My Marketing
Plan for the Super Food of the month, and use our marketing materials.
The residents love to have the recipes to take home with them. This
month, the Super Food was citrus, so we adapted
a recipe that was included in MMP, the Chicken and Orange Couscous with
Almonds. We used quinoa instead of couscous, as it is another Super
Food that we wanted to introduce to our residents. Though most had never
had quinoa, they were very receptive to trying
something new, and enjoyed it very much.
