Trying new things at Franklin United Methodist

Each week our sous chef Jeffery Simpson comes up with a new dish to create in our main dining room for his chef event. These dishes are a special treat to our residents and he has created a large following of residents that look forward to this each week. Chef Jeff prides himself on getting the residents to try new things that a lot of them have never experienced before.
This week he tried sushi rolls, while many residents were skeptical they still tried the rolls and to their surprise we had a lot of residents that were pleasantly surprised that they actually liked sushi. This is just one example of how we try to create positive experiences for our residents each day.
