Valentine's Day Menu at Westminster Place

This Valentine's Day our dining rooms were fully booked!  We offered a crowd pleasing menu featuring our Thai basil and red pepper soup, pink peppercorn rack of lamb chops, seared halibut with passion fruit butter sauce and dark chocolate fondant.  The lamb stole the spotlight.  We look forward to Mardi Gras on the 28th.
