It has been an event filled 31 days at Four Seasons Retirement Center in celebration of National Nutrition Month (NNM)! Each week we held a new activity to get residents and staff involved in the Put Your Best Fork Forward initiative. Prior to March 1st, residents were given a NNM passport that they could bring with them to each event to be stamped. If a resident collected all the stamps their name was entered into a drawing for a grand prize at the end of the month! Each event was led by our dietitian Yu-Han Huang and various members of our department. In addition to the weekly activities, we also had a display table up throughout the month that provided education material for each weeks focus. Residents who visited the display were also able to enter their name for a weekly prize drawing! The residents and staff were very eager to participate in the activities and are looking forward to next year’s celebration!

Week 3- Nutrition Jeopardy
