Cantata Reserve Lunch
This was the first time that we held an event like this. It was for 12 clients from other communities in the area. Chef Davis Knight created a wonderful menu of Parmigianino Arancini, Strawberry Spinach Salad followed by Braised Short Ribs with a Red wine reduction and to finish off the meal we had a delicious Pink Mascato Cupcake that has now become a Cantata favorite.
