Huron County Medical Care Facility observed Patriot Day with the residents by sharing Puppies and Pound Cake. While the residents awaited the arrival of our special guest, Lola, they enjoyed a vanilla pound cake that was colored red, white and blue in honor of Patriot’s day. Then when the cake was finished the residents got a little pet therapy snuggling with Lola the bulldog puppy. Lola is a 10 week old puppy who already weighs in at over 30 pounds! She loved all the extra hugs and attention she received from our residents and they loved visiting with her on this special day!
