The residents at Bay
County Medical Care Facility enjoyed our lemon cupcakes which featured
the superfood of the month - CITRUS. They especially love sweets when we host Cook Club, so
this was a hit for January. The cupcakes were made with fresh lemon juice and
zest, creating fresh and sweet flavors. The cupcakes were stuffed with a
lemon-cream cheese filling and topped with lemon icing, baked fresh in the
morning, iced and served as a snack between breakfast and lunch!
