Spiralizing at EHM


This week, the RDs at EHM - Saline gathered our resident together for a snack and chat.  The subject this month was Summer vegetables, focused on rhubarb and zucchini.  Rebecca and the residents reminisced about growing and cooking with Rhubarb as a child, along with some Did You Know facts.  Chef made strawberry-rhubarb cobbler for the residents to enjoy.

Next, Rebecca brought in her spiralizer to show the residents the new craze of spiraling vegetables, such as zucchini.  The residents were intrigued and wanted to learn more about what to do with the vegetables after being processed through the spiralizer.
