For display cooking this month, Chef
Sal made delicious beef sliders with caramelized onions, mushrooms, american
cheese and topped with lettuce and tomato. The residents were very
complimentary and couldn’t stop gushing about what a wonderful treat it was.
They can’t wait to try it again soon and look forward to another display
cooking; and what our Chefs come up with next.
