We were happy to host
the teaching kitchen at Smith Crossing this month. Residents and staff
members got to cook along with our chef, Rob Snow. During the
demonstration our dietitian, Maggie Janik, educated the crowd on the
nutritional values and how to incorporated different modifications they can use
if they cook the recipes at home. The event brought a lot of smiles and
fun!
