Service in our establishments is where we are able to shine and make the most of the experience for our residents.  Most of our residents are looking for a face that is familiar and someone they can have a warm and engaging interaction with.  When serving our residents, keep this in mind. Taking a few extra minutes to make eye contact and to be fully present when they are communicating with our teams can really make the difference in their day!
