This
month for display cooking our Chef Phu made his Food Fight 2018 Special; which featured
Scallion Pancakes served with Teriyaki Pork. Not only were the residents able
to enjoy this special but our employees and visitors as well, as it was
featured as our Village Café special! We got great reviews from everyone and
we are so proud of our Chef for representing us and his talent at the Food Fight.
