Manager, Arelis Torres, at North Ridge Health and Rehab is a preceptor for a diet
technician intern and was teaching her about the new IDDSI guidelines for the
mechanically altered diets and thickened liquids as well as testing the
different liquid consistencies using the new Flow Test.
