On Monday May the 21st we provided passed appetizers for our grand opening for our new lounge patio. This is a great addition for our establishment and a great social gathering for our residents. The opening had a huge turn out from residents/family members/and board members. We did prepared some beef tenderloin crostinis with blue cheese and shallot butter, fresh fruit kebabs with cranberry-vanilla yogurt, stuffed cucumbers with sun dried tomato-mint cream cheese, and smoked salmon canapes with creme friache and lump fish caviar. We already hold an appetizer evening on Tuesdays so this patio will be the ideal mood setting to serve them in the warmer months.
