Brooke, our ADDS, has created another way to communicate with the serving
staff at Villa St Benedict. Our team works various hours and may not always
receive all the information needed in order to be successful. Brooke has created
a server newsletter to help communicate more effectively with the staff.
This newsletter comes out biweekly with the new schedule. Servers are feeling
more "in the loop" and managers have noticed an increase in their
engagement.
