For a special treat at lunch today, Chef Andy Harker prepared dandelion greens from a recipe submitted by one of the Sisters at Mohun Health Care Center. We were able to edit and use the marketing signage from our marketing program to promote the event. While the greens may not look overly appetizing, they tasted phenomenal and all the Sisters at Mohun raved about them. Sister Camille, who submitted the recipe, got tears in her eyes when she tasted them saying: "They are just like my mom used to make." Producing food memories is what we're all about. Great job Chef Andy!
