Nothing says springtime like baby swans and sugar cookies! For our Ladies Tea, we created a small plate dessert of colorful sugar cookies and petite cream puffs. For a beverage, to avoid concerns with hot beverages among our skilled nursing residents, we sugared the rim on punch cups and filled them with diced fruit and sparkling punch. No one missed the hot beverage, and the adult children guests of our residents were delighted with the pastries and presentation.
