At the Indiana Masonic
Homes we did a four course meal for the residents, while they enjoyed a
movie. It is one of my most enjoyed events. For the first course we had
chicken pot stickers with a pineapple soy glaze. The second course was a
sweet and sour soup. The main entree consisted of fried rice, Korean
style marinated steak, and some fresh Asian vegetables. For dessert they
had a pear turnover.
