We received a request from a family member for their loved one in our Hospice for
some fresh salmon. After speaking with the patient, we learned that he like his salmon blackened. Jeremy DeRango used his own recipe (below) to create a beautiful dish for this patient.
Jeremy's Blackening Rub
1 oz Brown Sugar
1 oz Chili Powder
.25 oz Cayenne Pepper
.5 oz Salt
.5 oz Black pepper
.5 oz Garlic powder
1 oz paprika
