Flag Cookies from Smith Village

Our Memorial Day Barbeque at Smith Village featured many of our resident’s favorite foods, including barbeque ribs, grilled southwestern chicken, and beer brats.  Our dessert table was filled with delicious homemade treats such as American flag cookies, created by our Sous Chef, Kara Superczynski.  Although it was a rainy Memorial Day, our buffet was a hit with residents and their families.
