In celebration of St. Patrick's Day this year at Smith Crossing, the Dietary Department teamed up with the Activities Department, and threw a St. Paddy's Day Party. Our residents listened to a traditional Irish musician perform their favorite Irish tunes, as they enjoyed drinks and appetizers. Homemade Irish cream, mini corned beef cocktail sandwiches, cheddar beer dip with pretzel bread, and a fresh fruit display, with a "pineapple pot of gold," were just some of the delicious treats at the party.
