With a large Skilled Nursing population, the challenge of putting together a welcome "basket" from dining services meant omitting food and adding fresh cut flowers. The Morrison Management team of RD Cathy Walter, DDS Christina Bodanza, and Chef Grant Arnold makes a personal visit to all new residents, letting them meet the face of the people taking care of their dining and dietary needs. Residents love to see the "man in the big white hat", and to know a registered dietitian is overseeing their menu.
