Accountability from Ken Lundin

Six questions to ask yourself to ensure you are committed to the Accountability Principle of “Solving IT”

Do you stay engaged in solving a problem even when things get difficult?
Do you persistently ask yourself what else you can do to achieve the desired results?
Do you take the initiative to explore, search, and question when solutions aren't readily available?
Do you challenge your own assumptions and beliefs about how to do something?
Do you build new teams to arrive at innovative solutions?
Are you open to discover new ways of thinking about problems?

If you can answer YES to all six you have mastered the Accountability principle of “Solving IT”.   If not, you now know where to focus your efforts to improve your accountability and reach more goals going forward.
