Cinco de Mayo was a three day celebration at the Episcopal Church Home. Each neighborhood had their separate events on Monday. Then on Wednesday we expanded Happy Hour with queso and a wonderful Mexican mixture to serve with tortilla chips along with margaritas. Lunch and dinner specials included Chipotle Flank Steak, Black Bean Chicken burrito Bowls and Dulce de Leche Cheesecake for dessert! Wow!
