Here at the Felician Sisters Michigan in Livonia, we are about to start some major renovation. All parties involved with the planning and finalizing of the project we here for a luncheon. They requested 3 finger foods and 2 salads, but something that wouldn't spill on the blueprints.
Our menu consisted of caprese salad skewers, caesar salads in a parmesan cup, smoked salmon on a pretzel bun with a horseradish aioli, mini ham & cheese quiche, hummus shot and for dessert mini cheesecakes.
All parties were amazed by the presentation and compliments all around for the taste. A little extra effort can have an amazing effect, the CFM of the Felician Sisters was present and could say enough and was taking his own picture to show off.
