Celebrating our first "Culinary Assistant", the newly created position between prep cook and full cook, is former Dietary Aide and Culinary Tech Kacie Karsten! Kacie's can do spirit and desire to learn has quickly accelerated her skill level and position within our back of the house operations. The new employee hierarchy, from Kitchen Steward, Culinary Tech, Culinary Assistant, and full Cook is providing incentive and engagement at a whole new level, as well as creating more resources in the event of call-ins and vacation requests. But the bonus for everyone including our residents; is Kacie's great attitude and smile!
