Triple Sliders for retired employees of Kellogg at NorthPointe Woods
Each month we cater a luncheon for retired Kellogg employees at NorthPointe Woods in Battle Creek. Executive Chef Nicole Hassen created a triple slider plate that consisted of a Bacon Jam & Heirloom Tomato Slider on a Green Onion Cheddar Biscuit, Patty Melt Slider and a Greek Town Slider. The luncheon also included a Smoked Corn and Cabbage Slaw and for dessert a Stone Fruit Strudel. The meal was enjoyed by all that attended.
