Board of Directors for Brecon Village


I would like to thank Bridget Wilson for the opportunity to work this function for the Board of Directors for Evangelical Homes, Brecon Village.


They were served lobster cocktails, freshly made coconut chicken with a marmalade dip, crab cakes with remoulade sauce, black berry custard shots, asian noodle salad, a cooked antipasto salad, mushroom ala Greque and fresh mozzerella kabobs, roast beef sliders with brie cheese and scallion aioli, banana foster cup cakes, bacon wrapped scallops, fresh fruit and more.


The event was very well attended and associates executed there roles with professionalism.
