Chef Paul Carter provided a food demonstration for the residents of The Fountains at Bronson place as a part of our client's Watermark University, a program directed at sharing knowledge and skills of various topics of interest to our resident population. Chef Paul demonstrated a simple recipe and process for creating chocolate mousse from melted chocolate chips and heavy whipping cream, but encouraged residents to make a simple dessert elegant by serving it from a homemade chocolate cup, which he also demonstrated how to make.
