Associates were asked to bring in photos of their beloved pets from home. These photos were used to compose a board of “Brecon’s Furry Friends.” Each pet or group of pets were placed on the board with their names by owner and an assigned number. An owner answer key was placed at the bottom of the board and an answer sheet was created for associates to fill out. The associate with the most correct guesses of which pet/pets belong to which owner was the winner of a prize. This project opened up a lot of discussion allowing staff to connect and share something important about themselves to their fellow associates.
