At Walter Reuther Psychiatric Hospital we prepared a Summer Salad featuring Michigan Fresh Produce. The patients liked it so well they asked for seconds! They commented how colorful it looked. This was a wonderful example of eating with your eyes as well as; eating a colorwheel of nutrients.
