This past month, culinary services teamed up with the lifestyles department and made beer, yes “Beer”….an IPA to be exact. We had 18 residents join our (sudsy) team. The 4 week process began back in December and ended with our Brew Masters dinner. The residents were blown away and enjoyed themselves immensely, some a little too much.

New Belgium Brown Ale
Pistachio Brownie Cake
Wild berry sauce, candied fig, chocolate mint, ice cream
