We
have a lot of new Managers here at IHM out of 7 Managers here only 2 have been
here more than 2 years and 4 of them have been here less than 8 months. That is
a lot of Management change within a short period of time. I thought we needed
to get away from work and get to know each other. I found online through the
Groupon site that we could go to what is called “Paint Nite” for a very
reasonable price. The Chef MaryGrace even prepared a wonderful meal for us
before we left.
Needless to say it was a great night!
I believe it has really helped with building our team up! And now we even have
a little art gallery going on in our office. So if you are ever in area you are
more than welcome to come visit and see the wonderful art for yourself.
