Chef Janet at EHM Brecon Village traveled with compass executive chefs
and Celebrity Chef Jet in California on a "Veg tour". Chef brought back a
picture tour and shared her experience with Brecon residents and team
members and discussed how her experiences
will impact their dining experience. For example, we are utilizing
imperfectly delicious produce and the heal program. The residents were
intrigued with the presentation and excited to see these initiatives!
