Spring Menu Tasting at The Waters of Plymouth

This week Chef David Neeld previewed upcoming menu items at The Waters of Plymouth during a Chef Demo. He explained the ingredients and preparation techniques and invited residents and staff to sample each item and provide feedback. The four items featured were:
Greek Salad
Grilled Shrimp Cocktail
Boneless Pork Chop with Strawberry Rhubarb Compote
Personal Pot Roast with Roasted Vegetables

Residents engaged with one another and the associates, lingering long after we cleaned up the demo kitchen!
